When I used to stay in a bachelor house, we used to share a single PC in an apartment. And approximately 5-6 of us will have the access to the machine for gaming and also for study purpose like assignment and projects paperwork. Sometimes, some dude might want to hide some folders from others to access it but they need top look for certain software like folder lock<\/a>. But if we install something like that, it will make others to be more curious about what are the secret content that need to be locked by you. Hence, your folder might be vulnerable of being hacked\/ cracked or even intruded by using third party crack-wares.<\/p>\n

To avoid all this, there’s a simple code for you to protect the private data in your computers or even in your thumb drives. Personally, i find it really simple and easy to use. It can be deployed with just a click to lock the folder that you think is vulnerable with highly confidential data i.e. porn<\/span> bank e-statements.<\/p>\n

Please do refer to below steps to try our on your own windows machine.<\/p>\n

1. make a new folder ( name it as you like )
\n2. inside this folder make a (.TXT ) file & copy the following inside it:<\/p>\n

3. After u copy the command go to line ( 23 ) u will find “password here” Change to any password u want.
\n4. After that, save it as locker.bat (the txt file will change to an application file)
\n5. Now go back to the folder & u will find a this locker.bat file.
\n6. Click on it & u will find a new folder called Private.
\n7- Now copy what u want in it & after that go to locker.bat by clicking it, it will open and ask you if you want to lock your folder? Y\/N ?
\n8. Type Y
\n9. If you want to UNLOCK your folder, go open locker.bat & type your password and the Private folder will be made visible again.<\/p>\n
