I bet you wouldn’t wanna meet such a b**ch!

As usual, I logged in to my machine, started up the neccesary application for support. Meanwhile, I was checking my email and found an " interesting" yet fucking annoying thing in one of the email that ruby (ruby is a guy) forwarded to me. Maybe a customer service person would understand another better that is why the mail was sent with such a angered subject which i don’t wish to disclose what was it.

The matter here is not about who sent the mail or how did i got it. You might have heard it some where else earlier but i just want to bring in people and parents attention that please don’t raise a bitch or a bastard. I am so sorry to use such word but i have to and you will agree to me after complete reading the blog . Raise them like a human being with some common sense and who know to give basic respect to another human.

I’m no saint, you see foul words in my blog too and i do admit that i am branded as walking vulgar dictionary ( right, pal?). I am not proud to be one, the reason i am saying this is to protect me from be "anwarized" when people ask me am i hell of great to comment about others who act like a barbarian. BUT, my parents didn’t teach me to behave like the person as below conversation. I know the conversation is pretty lengthy but its full of "lesson".     I’ve been in customer service line also and have been experienced worst thing than this and been taught how to handle HOT TEMPERED customer..Not juz being silently and giving same reason..

  19. we studied in de same school…but she was in de last class la…ahaksss…sick gal la she…mentally out dy…..she was suspended from school also…she moved 2 CPR after form 3…dunno wat happened 2 her after dat….she’s juz not human….dunno wat’s her problem…ceh…if only i c her, i’ll spit on her face….hahaha…

  21. guys and girls .. either one chill with these situational studies or take lessons from it . I do not comprehend on many who may have personal dissatisfaction to both party which the customer is of course very rude, infact extremely and the cust service agent who is rather with no solution and off course extremely patient. Ones language was never a barrier here. If one is treated respectful and with enough dignity and honesty then Im very sure a lot of mutual solution could be handed. I have listened to this audio clip many weeks ago and just by complete accident i happen to trespass this blog of Mr. Vicki by the link of Mr.Novin. Interesting enough to see a lot of emotions and justice being flown out but .. to my most saddening and horrorful part is this one pretty lady (could be) have voiced out her sarcasm in top notch of tamil to this lady. Either please have it filtered or not published cause its still the most unpleasant things to hear similarly to Ms.Kanigambikai.   33. I can’t stand to hear this ‘ego kaluthey’s’ full conversation. It is so irritating that i just turned it off just half way.
    Maybe the guy was at fault for not being ‘polite enough’ in the beginning. but that doesn’t give the customer the right to call him names such as ‘padikatha muttal’.
    Whether educated or not, nobody are ‘muttaal’. He was just poor in the language. Meanwhile, the customer proved herself as the idiot by mocking the staff & show no respect for a fellow human being.
    Hopefully one day she’ll learn her lesson.

  35. Well wat else cud i say besides…we as an indian should correct another indian especially, when they go doing it wrong..without any bad intention. Im very sure Jeeva didnt have enough exposure and training.., but to Jeeva if ur reading thIs…life is all about learning from mistakes and improving it. Am i rite vicknes? 🙂 Im sure u have determination to improve and be the best CS in Astro, therefore even if Astro is not giving enough training, pls feel free to go to the websites on PR…U will learn really alot, and soon u will know how told handle future short tempered customers.
    As for Kanaga..next time put ur self in their position. He is also not a technical person,so your patience will be appreciated in future. Try meditating its for your own gud. God Bless.

  41. im nt sure my english is not gud or nt….and working in astro is nt my future job! i worked ter temporary only….im doing BBA final year….im also human being,….and u guys dunno how am i on tat day….it happen on 25th july….my mood was so bad on tat day becos of sum personal problem…but whn she talked like tat i cant control my temper tats why i said ‘its not my problem’…but still i controlled my temper and being so calm….how to give solution to her whn im trying to explain she never let me to talk….she just banged me with her words….you all must be wondering why i never pass the fon to the supervisor….well if i call the supervisor do u think they will answer the call????they will just ask us to handle the call by ourself(those who work in astro knw abt this)…ladies and gentleman i just worked in cs field 3 months only….just imagine if i whacked her with ‘beautiful’ words…….wat will happen now???? all over the malaysia ppl will listen to this…..and im sure i will be bad person……chow……
