Capture your life with lights, vicknesI missed the 1st firework show on the last Tuesday and it was indeed disappointing. Today is the 2nd team performance from China (16 August 2008), so we didn’t actually had any high hope to make it there but since we were out for dinner in cyberjaya, so novin said, why not go for a photo shoot with my kanne.
Hehe, when it comes to kanne, of course i do get excited and i nodded eagerly although i was recovering from fever. I was reading lil bit about how to capture fireworks with dSLR the other day and slept off with the e-book which i printed from my office the other day as a home work for my 1st ever fireworks photo shootout.
To avoid congestion, we arrived way earlier and waited till 10 pm for the firework show. But guess the location we went this time wasn’t really a good choice. Why? it’s too far away from the venue where they fire out.
I had set the camera to ISO 100 and low shutter speed with the tripod on the grass by the cyberjaya lake. Great view, beautiful weather with partner to chit chat, everything seems to be fine although the firework show was delayed to almost 30 minutes. But I don’t know is it just me or my dumbness, I didn’t realize that my kanne was not fed full ( battery not charged ler) and it only has half bar left. I was praying that it should last me till the show ends but i guess god too busy watching the fireworks and ignored and KIVed my prayer. The battery dead half way and i was sitting like a dumb ass with lifeless camera.lolz
I would say its a good experience for me as its the first time I’m snapping fireworks picture, I had learned to choose an correct location and more or less in the setting for night shooting and also to CHARGE MY BATTERY. lolz, Hope you guys enjoy the pic and please comment, it keeps me growing.

I’ve received an email today and i felt very much disturbed, so i planned to postpone today’s posting and wanted to share this lil piece of info with all of you guys.

Deena worked as a technician in Sanyo Automedia Sdn. Bhd. (Penang
Island Plant). He met with an accident on 27-7-2008 at about 9 pm. He
broke his leg and fracture on his bone. His friend rushed him to GH
but waited for about 3 hours also nothing has been done, Later they
rush him to Gleneagles and operation was carried out immediately.
After the operation everything seems to be okay but on 28-7-2008 about
9 pm, he became confused and later difficult in breathing. It is
because Fat Embolism travel to his brain and lungs. Now he is in ICU
of Gleneagles in unconscious stage(critical stage). He is in life
support ventilator.Total expenses increase rapidly and personal insurance had hit the
limit. The family seek help from every one to top up his expenditure
which can help him to go beyond this critical stage. A website was
setup to update the status of Deena with saddening pictures.
For some of you, it might sounds like a scam mail like ” BILL GATES IS SHARING HIS FORTUNE” or ” AOL is REALLY PAYING!!” kinda mail. but trust me, this time its for real and Deena’s friends actually took the picture of his condition in ICU and share with us. Please view them here
after posting this topic, i tried to click on the link that i shared but it didn’t seems to be working. i cleared off the / deena_in_accident.html and i got this /Deena_Passed_Away.html or here . I don’t even know this guy, but i felt very much heart ache. I don’t know why, but i swear i did. May his soul rest in peace. Lets have a moment to pray for him.
As far as i can remember, my last “politically inclined” blog was posted approximately 2 months ago and I wouldn’t consider that as one because that was all about my rants over my dissatisfaction over Malaysian political gimmicks.

As usual, I logged in to my machine, started up the neccesary application for support. Meanwhile, I was checking my email and found an " interesting" yet fucking annoying thing in one of the email that ruby (ruby is a guy) forwarded to me. Maybe a customer service person would understand another better that is why the mail was sent with such a angered subject which i don’t wish to disclose what was it.
The matter here is not about who sent the mail or how did i got it. You might have heard it some where else earlier but i just want to bring in people and parents attention that please don’t raise a bitch or a bastard. I am so sorry to use such word but i have to and you will agree to me after complete reading the blog . Raise them like a human being with some common sense and who know to give basic respect to another human.

I’m no saint, you see foul words in my blog too and i do admit that i am branded as walking vulgar dictionary ( right, pal?). I am not proud to be one, the reason i am saying this is to protect me from be "anwarized" when people ask me am i hell of great to comment about others who act like a barbarian. BUT, my parents didn’t teach me to behave like the person as below conversation. I know the conversation is pretty lengthy but its full of "lesson". I was too busy to blog today. I even have many pictures that I’ve snapped over the weekend to upload but just couldn’t have a break to do so. Meanwhile, to fill the gap, you may enjoy playing my favorite flash game which i found back from my bookmark sometime back.
Is something wrong with the signage? Don’t you feel something weird after reading it. Its been spotted in Sri Kembangan R&R’s washroom by an Indian citizen and being circulated. Maybe the motive is to humiliate malaysians English or praising Malaysians sense of humor.
Since I’m not pro in English, can some one tell are the words correctly been used on the signage.
This shot was taken in Triang, Pahang. As usual, i grabbed my kanne and went out for photo hunt in the gravel path to the plantation estate. Popo ( grandma in mandarin) said come home before dark because someone drowned in the lake sometime back. Gosh, that’s eerie. You must be wondering which lake am i talking about, I will upload other pictures soon as my flickr gone “kanasai” again.
Meanwhile, I’ve been thinking wanna separate out the photos into a photo blog. Any comments?
