A’kum,
Jumpa pokok besar nak cacak kuil, jumpa busut besar nak cacak kuil.Mula2 kecil tapi lama2 dah besar siap dgn bangunan sekali.

ahemm…(clears throat)… well, 1st of all, that shamsol asshole need to learn his mother tongue and also our national language (Malay language) well before he write to the editor of umno-reform. shame on him for such terrible language being an authority from an International University.
2ndly, i seriously have no idea why he’s not charged by the ISA(Internal Security Act)? Isn’t this defamation? aint it a statement of racial discrimination on the so called minority ethnic Indians? Kepercayaan kepada tuhan(faith in god), thats the 1st verse in our rukun negara (national principle). Why is it not stated kepercayaan kepada tuhan masing-masing or tuhan sendiri (faith in your own god and your own believe)? It is because it a multiracial country where every race has to respect each other’s religion and believe. But all i cant see from the statement from Mr Shamsol kotek is full of hatred and feeling of extreme racism in him….Is it because he’s from the islamic university? I aint not saying it because the action speaks his thought clearly.
Well well well, you mummy fcuker called Indian as pariahs (bangsa paria) and telling as though Malaysia is own by your bloody gr8 grand father whom actually ALLOWED indians to live here. don’t forget that if the memorandum of independence wouldn’t have achieved its target if our fore Chinese and Indian independent fighters never cooperate with it. And all of us would still under the domination of the whites and you would have been still in the hut school, ungrateful idiot!!
Refer to his term that, thaipusam celebration that menyusahkan orang (troubles people) and causes traffic jam. dude, give us a break wont you..Hindus have thaipusam only once a year and that is also not declared as national holiday for all states. and that your so called jam is only once a year, not every Friday right? oppss, am i going to be charged under ISA, omg!! Find abang shamsol then find me, k! damn!!
We built temple where ever we go huh?yea, why not? government has set the law to the housing developer to built a surau in every housing estate but why no allocation for building a chapel, chinese temple or hindu temple?and why there’s a need for HIS MAJESTY our Agong to urge the government to disallow more and more suraus to be built in order to maintain the unity among the religion believers. you break hindu temple, hindus reunion and fighting for rights, can anyone see the contrast there? do i need to say more.
basically, i’m a very muhibbah kinda person but after reading such a sarcastic and flaming statement about indians, i cant keep my blardy mouth shut!! bahkata pepatah, kalau jumpa belacan ngan muka shamsol, dimana nak ditumbuk jadi sambal belacan dulu?? lets think about it, people!!!

Bell in danger

First he gave such a negative impression and comment about Indians who took part in the hindraf rally. The very next day, after being questioned in parliament by the opposition leader, track changed and supporting Indians fate. i do not know is it something to be said good or bad, to be trusted or to be go against of….politicians are really confusing mankind..
Below is the mentioned interview video clip and script with al-jazeera

Q: Why then if there is a democratic process in place, you do not allow
protests to take place. These people have requested a permit but you
turned it down. Why is it necessary?

A: I think the intention was wrong. I think because religion was used
and religious issues are very sensitive in this part of the nation.
We
are a multi-religious nation and things can go out of place and emotions
are flaring.

Q: Hold on a minute, you seem to be suggesting the protesters are
causing the violence but in fact it was not the case. It was clearly the
police that were taking the aggressive stance by firing tear gas and
spraying chemicals through water cannons. They were not provoked by the
protesters.

A: We have to see the type of people that came for the demonstration.
I am not there but I wish that the demonstrators are matured and know
how to handle themselves.

Q: Sir, what do you mean by the type of people. Are you referring to the
fact that these people are of Indian ethnicity? Is that something that
the government cannot accept : Indians taking to the streets?

A: No, No, I don't think so. I don't think so. The fifth prime minister
has been giving tremendous allowances for openness and errh, feedbacks
from the people, the press has been given freedom, legislatively freedom
has been given the last four years.

Q: OK.

A: And the result of this response is because also of the openness.
And I think the reactions could be instigated by one or two incidences
which could have been overshot, overblown and there is a reason. A
layman doesn't exactly know what is being done.

But the sad news now is, you should either supported one party, rite? see, now even your own so called backup national party branded you as robin hood and told to resign if were to support the naive indians.thehveya sir? ungakalukkum sothinathan fate thaana?

dei, you guys cant speak the truth nothing but the truth is it?

now tell me, who is trying to misguide the nation?please refer to those hyperlinks and dont forget to come back here

He said despite being pelted and attacked with stones and bricks in Batu Caves, resulting in several policemen being injured, police did not use any force, nor did they fire water cannons and tear gas at the crowd gathered there……

Owwhh really?then, what is this?yea malaysian dont watch tv news or read the controlled media i.e. newpapers online news i.e. Malaysiakini rite?till when YOU wanna keep us fooled? no force used, really?

Next, is the issue just about poor indians?guess not!!! did YOU read the memorandum right?else YOU can get a copy over here

He said if Malaysia had treated the Indian community unfairly, as claimed by the organisers of the Hindraf demonstration, the group leader would not have obtained a good education and become a lawyer. AND, He said the Government and Barisan Nasional leaders were concerned and would listen to the views proposed by any quarter

you supported their education is it?yeanda vaayee maire kelapureh… and if the voices are really being heard, why the rally is necessary needed to take place?u think indians got no better work to do then coming from all over the malaysia to the peaceful, i REPEAT, peaceful memorandum hand over to the british embassy?

i guess there are thousands of coverage about this issue already mushroomed and still mushrooming in the cyber world, hence i dont wish to miss the rally too…Road blocks never let me join the rally, atleast let me join the weblog rally!!! *winks*

and, aiyoo paavem(oh dear)….get well soon SIR

catch us if u can

This is not a game la brader….main tangkap tangkap buat ape?are u guys scared or wat?u felllows are worst than the kiasu community you know?if u got guts, let us move on and see the consequences rite, instead of that, dont try to cover your smelly arse by arresting the people’s leader everywhere…
If YOU are not guilty, then why are you afraid of seeing the crowd in 1.5 days time?because YOU are the dirty MOFO whom are never gonna handle things like a MAN. i repeat, like a MAN!!! remember, WE are not alone. Try to arrest all of US if you can, else release him!!! dont chicken out la..lets face it bravely this sunday, brother!!!

GUIDELINES FOR THOSE ATTENDING HINDRAF RALLY

GUIDELINES FOR THOSE ATTENDING RALLY
courtesy of www.bmahendran.com

Number #1 rule : Never react when provoked. Infact, never react at all. You are just a guest at the rally. If anyone in the group keeps shouting, just ignore him and get away from that group, because the chance are most probably it’s the Police’s agent provocateur . So always keep high discipline, don’t think when you’re in a group of ten you are the King of the world. The police will always look for reasons, how small and piety it may be, to arrest you.

Number #2 rule : If you are a University students, or Civil servants, DO NOT, I repeat NEVER ever bring your matrix card or work pass along. If caught, that will be the end of you. DO NOT bring anything else than your IC and Driving license/passport. If you are caught, do not say you’re a student, say you’re some despatch rider, Mamak-shop cleaner or working somewhere. 😀

Number #3 rule : ‘You are not there to attend the rally’. Anyone ask just say its your first time to KL and your looking at the KLCC area. Its just nearby. Give a big smile and as it is said, BUAT BODOH.

Number #4 rule : Never walk alone. Stay in big crowds. Listen and follow any instructions given, do not break away from the big group, if you do it will be easier to be caught! Hold hands to show solidarity and remain united.

Remember, you are there to witness the hand over of the memorandum to British embassy, nothing else. Its not a demonstration and its certainly not a place for you to show you are the King of the world. Never shout at other, chants of slogans are fine. Smile at the passers-by. Thank the security team, be it Police or anyone, for providing a safe journey! They are humans too. And please never ever provoke the Police force. You have been warned my dear!

Oh yes, if just in case police starts using the Water Canon. Bring small portion of salt and drinking water. The chemical in it will cause you to dehydrate, so take abit of salt and wash of face. Better to have some wet cloth with you.

Your rights :

1. Police can stop and question you. Stay calm and just answer the questions if I were you. If the questions are intimidating, harrasing or suggestive in nature, stay silent. Police can stop and search your car. But can’t take any action if you don’t bring unlawful things like drugs, weapons etc. So be cool!
2. Police can’t simply confiscate anything from you. Unless provided it is harmful tools, like knife, any sharp objects. Mobile phones and laptops are not harmful tools, even though yes it can be used to update your blog or spread the news on the spot 😛
3. If you are being searched. Ask politely from the police of their name, which police station they are based from, their ID. Remember the name and ID just in case. Police must inform you of what they are looking for. If they don’t do any of it, remind them they are against the law!
4. If you are caught and brought to the police station, be calm. Remember who and what they are doing.Answer basic questions like your name, IC etc. The rest wait for your lawyer. And never provoke the police or test their patience. Dude you are an Indian macha here, remember how many machas were killed under police custody, or was charged with some false charges. Yes, they can do that.
5. And remember every details, can be useful for further actions, or to be used in court/police report.

Thanks to poobalan for below list!

be EARLY. malaysians are known to be latecomers. if the function is 10am, so be there by 9am to avoid traffic jams etc.
– dress appropriately -smart casual. portray yourself as intelligent, mature, educated and law-abiding citizen. less chance of harassment.
– clear your handphone memory so that can record using camera. the era of citizen media is upon us already. there’s too many source to effectively censor anything.
– obey traffic rules
– do not retaliate if provoked.
use public transport. get down at ampang park LRT station and cross the jln tun razak and walk about 400 meters.
– bring cap/umbrella in case it rain (most likely will be raining)
– do not litter!
– remember the objective – to witness handover of memorandum. not to start a fight or shouting war.
– bring camera if you have one.
– bring drinking water.
– after witnessing handing over of memo, disperse peacefully. there’s no need to provoke anyone.

Truth and justice are no longer Malaysian way

Adapted from an Australian press by Michael Beckman

Recent street protests have highlighted the self-serving nature of Malaysia’s Government.

THE Government of Australia will probably change hands this weekend. There will be no arrests, no tear gas and no water cannons. The Government of John Howard will leave office, the Opposition will form a government and everyone will accept the verdict.

For this, every Australian can feel justifiably proud. This playing by the rules is what has made Australia rich and a good place in which to invest. It is a country to which people want to migrate; not leave.

Now consider Malaysia. The weekend before last, up to 40,000 Malaysians took to the streets in Kuala Lumpur to protest peacefully against the judiciary’s lack of independence, electoral fraud, corruption and a controlled media.

In response, they were threatened by the Prime Minister, called monkeys by his powerful son-in-law, and blasted with water cannons and tear gas. And yet the vast majority of Malaysians do not want a change of government. All they want is for their government to govern better.

Both Malaysia and Australia have a rule of law that’s based on the English system. Both started out as colonies of Britain. So why is Malaysia getting it so wrong now?

Malaysia’s Government hates feedback. Dissent is regarded as dangerous, rather than a product of diversity. And like the wicked witch so ugly that she can’t stand mirrors, the Government of Prime Minister Abdullah Badawi controls the media so that it doesn’t have to see its own reflection.

Demonstrations are typically banned. But what every Malaysian should know is that in Britain, Australia and other modern countries, when people wish to demonstrate, the police typically clear the way and make sure no one gets hurt. The streets belong to the people. And the police, like the politicians, are their servants. It is not the other way around.

But increasingly in Malaysia, Malaysians are being denied a voice — especially young people.

Section 15 of Malaysia’s Universities and University Colleges Act states that no student shall be a member of or in any manner associate with any society, political party, trade union or any other organisation, body or group of people whatsoever, be it in or outside Malaysia, unless it is approved in advance and in writing by the vice-chancellor.

Nor can any student express or do anything that may be construed as expressing support, sympathy or opposition to any political party or union. Breaking this law can lead to a fine, a jail term or both.

The judiciary as a source of independent viewpoints has been squashed. The previous prime minister, Mahathir Mohamad, did many good things for Malaysia, but his firing of the Lord President (chief justice) and two other Supreme Court judges in 1988 was an unmitigated disaster. Since then, what passes for a judiciary in Malaysia has been an utter disgrace and the Government knows it.

what a relief !!! whooaaa….

working night shift is not something easy especially when it comes to stay awake for 12 blardy hours till morning..my “trick” to stay awake is by drinking couple cup of coffee so that the caffeine will make me stay awake…
well, side effect is always there i.e. black eye ring due to lack of sleep, tooth turned brown (yuckss) and undeniably one will have urinating problem. as for me the 1st half shot of my coffee is sufficient enough to make me visit the loo.
The issue here is, why do my body shake @ vibrate @ shiver during the end of my operation anaconda??? any idea peepz.??but frankly speaking, the feeling of getting goose bump from the lower back till the neck is a kind of pleasure where one will say whooaaaaa, shee fok sai (meaning:what a relief in cantonese).
BUT sometimes, its really irritating if u do not hold the weapon right and wet ur fingers(slappppp!!!)…muahaha…
